In Reading next week the Journey’s story will be: Once Upon A Cool Motorcycle Dude.  The vocabulary words are listed below.   These will be on their test Friday, November 7th.

**Also, we are asking students to bring a half piece of  white poster board for a Thanksgiving activity.  The students will be bringing home a pattern of a turkey.  Their job is to dress their turkey!  This will be a Turkey n’ Dressin activity that will be displayed in the hall, and students will receive a free 100 in Reading or Soc. Studies, their choice!!   A letter will be coming home also with the dates to have it completed.   Above are some sample turkeys!  Be creative!  

For November be looking for a new reading log to be signed by you for their 20 minutes of reading for the Book-It program.   Some have been getting it signed in their planners, however, the planners do not have Saturday or Sunday so I need to see the Reading log, or the App online to make sure they are getting in their 20 minutes daily!!
