Wednesday – April 25th is 4th Grade Field Day! Please send a water bottle and a towel with your child! Students may leave with a parent AFTER the last event. Please sign out with me before leaving!! 🙂 For those staying, please bring extra clothes!
Parents: Look for a note coming home on Monday about Snow Cones!! Students will be able to purchase these on Tuesday!Please don’t forget!
Easter Party Changes for Fourth Grade
Beginning at 11:00, fourth grade students will have a picnic in the hall and enjoy a delicious chocolate ice cream sundae from DQ.
Students will need a sack lunch, drink, and a towel to sit on.
When students are finished eating, parents may sign their students out with their homeroom teachers.

If you haven’t sent a $1.00 for the Easter party, please send that with your child tomorrow!
NO READING LOGS THIS WEEK! Students are doing “DEAR” time at school in class this week!
Homework was sent home tonight – Due Wednesday!
Easter Party – Penick Park – 10:00 to 1:00- If it rains we will picinic in the 4th grade hallway. Students may leave with a parent anytime after 10:00. Sign out with the teacher. PLEASE look for more notes to come if there are any changes regarding the party due to weather.
Friday – March 30th is Good Friday – No school!
This week we will have “DEAR” time (Drop everything and read) for 20 minutes the first part of my class, so no reading logs will be sent home this week.
Friday – March 9th – End of the 3rd nine weeks.
We are collecting coins/donations for a current White Oak student needing surgery. Please send what you can! In support of her students may wear the following:
MONDAY – WEAR CRAZY SOCKS!
TUESDAY – WEAR HATS!
WEDNESDAY – WEAR PURPLE!
TUESDAY – January 9th – MATH BENCHMARK – Students may bring a bottled water, gum or mints, and a healthy snack.
THURSDAY – January 11th – READING BENCHMARK – Students may bring a bottled water, gum or mints, and a healthy snack.
**PLEASE make sure your son/daughter has their glasses if they wear them for the tests. They also need to eat a good breakfast. Our lunch is not until 12:35 on both testing days, so that makes for a long morning.
