Hello Everyone!

Be sure this week to have your child show you their reading logs.  They need to read 20 minutes and then write a reader response to what they read.  I check this daily.  If it is signed, students earn a ticket.  

Also, this week students will have a quiz over the story “Stormalong”, in their Journey’s books.  The quiz will be Friday, September 8th.   They are welcome to bring this book home and read the story with you!

Don’t forget the field trip September 12th.  Please send $5.00 and the permission slip back to school if you have not already done so!
